@EthanCrenson Please see the translation below (please note that the French used in this record isn't very correct but can be understood):
"In 1812, on 12th May, the second Sunday, Jean Bueb, mayor and civil registration officer of the commune of Grussenheim, Dept. of Haut-Rhin, arrondissement of Colmar, Canton of Andolsheim, after we were taken to the Town Hall of Grussenheim at noon, we announced and published for the first time that the marriage promise between Heinrich Wormsser, peddler, 32 years old, born and residing in Grussenheim, adult and legitimate son of the late Salomon Wormsser and Glück Isaac, residing together in the mentioned Grussenheim, and miss Fromet Diemer (?) , 24 years old, daughter of the deceased Gomber Levi and Sara Diemer(?), residing in Dambach, Dept. of Bas-Rhin, arrondissement of Sélestat, which publication was read out in a loud and intelligible voice and was then displayed on the door of the Town Hall, of which we made a record."
