Help with Walter ortiz de Orue Cardenas
I'm currently researching my father's, Walter Ortiz de Orue Cardenas, side of the family. I have very little information on them. My grandfathers name was Antonio Ortiz de Orue Abarca born about 1926 in the Urubamba Cusco Peru area. My grandmother was Pilar Cardenas Mariscal born about 1931 in the Cusco Peru area. I have no birth, death, or marriage documents for my grandparents, only records of their children's birth and deaths from civil documents. My grandparents were married sometime after the birth of their daughter Margot in 1964 and before the birth of their son Fredy in 1966. This can be seen in the children’s birth records as the status changes from illegitimate to legitimate and both parents are listed as married from Fredy on. I was able to find a relative in Peru who told me Antonio's fathers name was Eulogio Ortiz de Orue. After this I seem to have hit a wall and have not been able to make progress. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It just doesn't make sense that the documents aren't there. The dates show that your great-grandparents' marriage and births should also show up in these records. The only thing that I can think of is that these records state "Additional images and indexed records will be published as they become available." Maybe there are still more images that haven't yet been published that contain your grandparents' information?
