Broken Temple & Family History Network
For the last few days when I go to:
FamilySearch.org/help/helper/planner/workwith and look under the Temple and Family History Network. I can see under View Network Specific to Calling my ward just fine but when I select my stake I get the following error:
Something went wrong while trying to load information about your Temple and Family History network. Please try again later.
Do we know when this will be fixed

Hi Shanna,
I don't have all the answers, nor do I understand the technical wizardries of FamilySearch, but I have learned that clearing cookies and your cache can often fix problems like this. It might not be the solution to your problem, but it's simple, easy to do, and well worth a try.
Kind regards,
Barry

Yes, I had tried that and a different browser. It is happening on Chrome Version 101.0.4951.54 and Microsoft EdgeVersion 101.0.1210.32. Thanks though @BarryJohnson

I am using the same version of Chrome that you are using and I'm not having the same problem.

It's 'Brett'.
Just in passing ...
NO ... the "Temple and Family History" Network" ... is NOT 'Broken' ...
A couple of things ...
[ 1 ]
IF, one DOES NOT have, a Ward/Branch 'Calling', in "Temple and Family History" Work; THEN, one will NOT 'see' the Stake/District 'Callings'; or, above ...
ie. One ONLY 'see's, one's Ward/Branch "Temple and Family History" Network ...
eg.
.
OR ...
[ 2 ]
IF, one DOES have, a Ward/Branch 'Calling', in "Temple and Family History" Work; THEN, one WILL also 'see' the Stake/District 'Callings'; but, one will NOT 'see' anything above Stake/District 'Callings ...
ie. BOTH, one's, Ward/Branch; and, Stake/District, "Temple and Family History" Network(s) ...
.... [ But, NOT Area, "Temple and Family History" Network ... ]
But ...
That Said ...
To 'see' (ie. access) such, one must "Change", the "View Network Specific to Calling", from "Home", to that of one's Ward/Branch.
eg.
Default (ie. When accessed)
Select the 'Drop Down' "v", to "Change", from "Home", to one's Ward/Branch
When one's Ward/Branch, is selected; then, one can CHOOSE between, either, Ward/Branch; or, Stake/District
.
OR ...
Finally ...
[ 3 ]
IF, one HAS, a Stake/District 'Calling', in "Temple and Family History" Work; THEN, one WILL also 'see' the HIGHER 'Callings' - ie. "Area Network" = Above Stake/District 'Callings' ...
ie. ALL, one's, Ward/Branch; and, Stake/District; and, Area, "Temple and Family History" Network(s) ...
I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.
Brett

Just in passing ...
Have confirmed, that ...
The access, to the Stake/District "Temple and Family History" Network, works just fine the "Browsers" of, 'Google' "Chrome"; and, 'Mozilla' "FireFox"; and, 'Microsoft' "Edge", all with the "Operating System" of "Windows 10"; and, all with the LATEST "Versions", of each ...
Therefore ...
I would humbly suggest ...
IF, you have not already; THEN, ...
The "Oldie"; but, STILL, often, a "Goodie" ...
Try "Clearing", the "Cookies"; and, the "Cache", of you "Browser" ...
[ And, even the "Browsing History" ... ]
Plus ...
Make certain, that you are using either, the LATEST; or, in the least, the PREVIOUS, "Versions" of BOTH, "Browser", and, "Operating System".
IF, the above DOES NOT address/fix the problem/issue, for you; THEN, there may be OTHER problems/issues.
Good Luck.
Just my thoughts.

Thanks @Brett .
I had already tried all of the above but I did also just try it on an entirely different computer and it has the same problem. So if yours and Amy's are working, then it must be my account. Thanks for your time!

Been there ...
Check, with the Clerk, of your Stake ...
Make sure that the 'Box', of "Set Apart", has been "Checked" ...
[ More often than not, it has NOT been ... ]
When, it is NOT, things will NOT work properly ...
Once, I got that addressed/fixed, things started to work ...
And ...
In one instance, I had to get things sorted, through the "Global Support Centre" ...
[ But, that was regarding ... "CDoL" ... ]
Good Luck.
Brett
ps: Luckily, in my case, an "Assistant Clerk", of the Stake, was a member of our Ward ... made things easy ...

That could be it because I have the same calling listed three times and one is set apart in 2014 and the other two in 2017 are not.....
Thanks!
