Can you please provide a link? This is just the index, is there not also a corresponding full page record?

What year is this, and in which comune in Agrigento did the death occur (maybe Siculiana from the snippet of the following record in the index) ? I'd like to be able to look at the actual record and not just the index. It should be on Antenati.
The town looks like Positano (in Salerno), profession panniere, father Francesco Attan[as]io, mother Serafina Mommoro(?)

Here is the actual record (right side)
Mother's surname might be Monmoro. I would look for records of possible relations in Positano.

Thank you, Cousin Vinny.
I was not able to get your link to work (it takes me to main page, not a specific record) but you provided a lot of great information for me to work through and I appreciate it.
The original record was pulled from a 1832 death record in Siculiana.
I'm really surprised about the homeland town you listed near Naples. As far as I was aware, this family was exclusively centered in the Agrigento region - but the new insight is quite interesting.

It's because this forum software does URL encoding and it changes the characters, rendering the link ineffective.
If you copy and paste the link above and then replace "ark%3A" with "ark:" it should work.
Archivio di Stato di Agrigento > Stato civile della restaurazione > Siculiana > 1832 > Morti > 76 di 110 • pag. 76
Alternatively, a direct link to the image (right side): https://iiif-antenati.san.beniculturali.it/iiif/2/w1gn7M6/full/full/0/default.jpg
