New Presentation: Preparing to Work With Patrons & Finding New Relatives in Tree
Learn how consultants are called to minister to our ward members as they implement one-on-one family history instruction. This class shows the steps you should take in preparation for planning your first lesson for your patron. In the last part of the lesson you will be show a proven technique that can be used to find the most fertile place in tree where patrons will be able to add in new names in Tree - relatives that can be taken to the temple.

You are welcome to view all of them if you wish. You can share this link with others in your area.
Out of curiousity - where are you located. Obviously I am in Central California.

Hello Robert! I am a stake consultant in Ivins Utah. I absolutely loved this video. You make it easy to understand how to prepare a lesson for someone. I also liked the tips at the end for doing descendancy research.
I'd like to share something I use when I teach Ordinances Ready that helps people connect with the names on the cards. I call it the Take Time Checklist. When I do this with people I often find many other names to take to the temple. Here's a screenshot but you can also find it on my website under "Lesson Worksheets". https://ilovefh.weebly.com
