I'd like to confirm what it says, What I think I has is "ungkarl Frederik Andersen go pigeon Kirstine Christensdatter". It looks like the banns were 30 Oct and the wedding was 27 Nov? I'd like to understand who the people are below, if possible, and their names.

Looks to me like Hans Olsen and Peder Pedersen. The words below are where they are from. I don't see any indication of their relationship. I think the word before Kirstine is "Pigen" (the girl) and "ungkarl" is bachelor.
