Please add a standard place for Saron Lutheran Church Cemetery in Maynard, Minnesota.
I am cleaning up the record of Gulbran Olsen Berge (1835-1882),
whose record on Family Search is:
https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/MYY6-B7G.
He is buried there, according to https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/174817135/gulbran-olsen-berge.
Indeed, the obit on find a grave goes
(1) Saron Lutheran Church
8025 1st Ave S
Maynard, MN 56260
(For what it's worth, Google Maps shows it being in Sparta Township, Minnesota.)
+1 320 269 8260
(from Google Maps)
Switching to satellite view, I can clearly see the graveyard immediately south of the church building.
This is a country church location. It looks to be surrounded by farms.
There is another Lutheran church in Maynard, Minnesota. It is 9 miles to the east. That one is:
Maynard Lutheran Church
431 Dewey Ave
Maynard, MN 56260
(320) 367-2465
However, looking at satellite view on Google Maps, although I see the church building (on the north side of the street, with the large parking lot), there is no sign of an adjacent grave yard.
However, according to https://www.maynardlutheranchurchelca.com/products-/ (retrieved 15 Feb 2020),
"CEMETERY BOARD- This board is responsible for upkeep of the cemetery, plotting grave sites, setting plot and burial prices. Current board members are LeRoy Jaenisch, Harold Ellingboe, and Bruce Schlenner.
... there is a cemetery.
My guess: people go to the church in the city for Sunday services. There is a parking lot next to the church building in the city, but no parking lot out in the country. So I'm guessing the old church building is basically unused, but the graveyard looks like it has ample space.
Thank you for Family Search.

PS In the past, I've sent emails of place suggestions to placefeedback@ . Is this way of communicating suggestions better, worse, or the same? Is it the same group of people? Thanks!
