Which is the better record? Same person same event
Hi:
I have two records for the burial for Christine Karch née Heuser.
One is in column form: burial, death, name, age, remarks,
The other is in page form.
Is one better than the other?

The first image in page form is a civil death record (created by a government agency)
The second image in columnar form appears to be a church death/burial record (created by a religious agency).
These records were created by different agencies for different purposes. Each record is important and one isn't better than the other. If it were me, I would want both records translated.

Because your questions can only apply to the civil death record, here are the answers to your questions:
Address: Mannheim-Käfertal, Ungsteinerstrasse 13.
Birth: word between Neuenheim & Heidelberg
is it an abbreviation for Austria?: That word is "Amt" which means "district" or "jurisdiction", so the phrase reads: Neuenheim District Heidelberg.Mother: word after beide: The word after "beide" is: zuletzt = last. So the phrase reads: both last residing in Heidelberg-Neuenheim.
Witnesses: Philipp’s occupation & the last two sentences: Philip Weber is the informant providing the information to the civil registrar. He is identified as a "Schwiegersohn" = son-in-law of the decedent. Philipp's occupation is not recorded.
The last two sentences translate as: The informant is known to the civil registrar. He stated he was present at the death.
Cause of death: "Altersschwäche" = debility of old age. "Schlaganfall" = stroke.

I love knowing what they died of. That can tell you a lot about a person.
