I was hoping someone might be able to help me translate the attached marriage record. I would really like to know what date and year the marriage took place (I'm fairly certain the month is October).

2. the house daughter Helene Alwine Johanne Rettig, personally known, Lutheran religion, born April 7, 1879 in Hameln, resident of Hameln, daughter of the married couple carpenter Johann Carl Ludwig Rettig and Johanne née Grasshoff, residing in Hameln,

In the presence of the witnesses, the registrar asked the fiancées individually and one after the other the question: whether they declare that they wish to enter into marriage with each other. The fiancées answered this question in the affirmative, and the registrar then pronounced that he now declared them to be legally married.
