1st column: 21 September ... what's after that. I've got the rest of the record.
It's copied from microfilm.

I get
"auf Trin. ? und sechs Tage"
I believe it is describing the date September 21 according to the church calendar.

The date is 21. Dezember (not September). The meaning of the rest (auf __ __ __? Tage) is unfortunately unclear to me.
