I can't make out the place they're from as listed in the record - later records list the place as "Bilsterfoll Müllen" which I believe is "Bilstermühl" see: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10171058

My translation:

13 Dec 1765 Bernard Müller and Maria Büsch, his wife, of [foll? mill] [their] daughter Petronilla Lucia was baptized, Godparents were Petronilla Müller and Joanne Arnoldo Meißenberg.
