What would be the best process to retrieve someone who settle in Panama in 1930?

Assuming that I am in the right group, I am trying to track down a family member who worked on the panama canal in 1930 and settle there.

Would any body know if there is a way to check marriage or death registers online for panama after 1930 ?

Alternatively is there a directory of family name that could be checked for panama ?

Do you know where in Panama the family settled? You will want to search civil registration records, but most are not indexed or available online. You will need to know the municipality where the family lived and more specificity on dates.

I only know he works in Mindi in July 1930 but currently don't know where he settled after this but will be asking family members if anybody would know.
