Ulrich, Thanks for reminding me about the deaths of Heinrich's mother and son. I re-read his death record and read they were buried next to the Kirche. We visited there in 2019 and walked through the cemetery next to the Kirche. Of course only modern grave markers are there today.
Here I am standing in the cemetery:

Ulrich, the obituary says they were buried next to the Kirche. Here is a photo of me standing in the cemetery next to the Kirche in 2019. There are only modern markers there today.

Yes, it is a pity that in Germany most graves and gravestones are removed already after 25 or 30 years.
Maybe you can help me with another question: what is the difference between an eulogy and an obituary? I found this explanation: https://www.usurnsonline.com/memorials/eulogy-vs-obituary-whats-the-difference/ So a written tribute like the one printed for Heinrich Zimmern would normally be called an obituary?

Ulrich, a eulogy is a talk or sermon given at a funeral about a person's life and accomplishments. An obituary is a short piece, usually with a photo, about the person's life found in a newspaper or online.
Yes when it is written out, like Heinrich Zimmern's piece, it is an obituary. It is usually written after someone dies by a close family member. However I have taken the liberty of writing my own.
