Town Name & Location

Hello,

In a typed letter between two cousins in May 1939, one describes his visit to Germany. He says he met relatives in Siebratstrofen “a very beautiful village in Algau which is north of Bavaria and north of Munich”. Since the Allgäu is south of Munich and I cannot find a town with that spelling in either Meyers Ort or Google Maps, I am puzzled. Suggestions please.

Note in the first sentence of the Wikipedia article that Sibratshofen is located in Oberallgaü.
