Translation help Please for my 2nd great grand mother Baptism record

Hi Folks

I believe this record no 713 at the bottom is the baptismal record for my 2nd great grand mother. Charlotte Theodore Juliane Heidmuller on the 19 October 1834 in Hamburg Germany.

I am asking if the information I have above for her is correct as per certificate and is there a place of birth for the parents please? Sorry about the highlight.

Also would the marriage date be listed in the first column?

Are the 3 people listed at the end witnesses?
