How do I link Parent to child? It says I must link parent to child.

• LTNC-FD5 Joseph Baun needs to be linked to daughter before I can seal them. I can't seem to make that happen.

The problem/issue is that the Daughter's "Name" contains "Invalid Characters".
Julia Baun, DeBaun or Bond
The "Last Names" of "Baun, DeBaun or Bond"
Is NOT the correct way to record that Name.
Plus, the "comma" ( "," ) is one of the "Invalid Characters".
I will come back with some suggestion, a little later.

You really need to DECIDE on which of those 'Family Names'/'Surnames', that you are going, to go with.
.
Personally; as, that "Marriage" Record, is the ONLY "Solid" Document, I would go with the 'Family Name'/'Surname' as "Bond".
.
"Death" Records; and, "FindAGrave" Memorials, are NOT "Solid", "Sources".
.
You can certainly INCLUDE the 'Family Names'/'Surnames' of, "Baun"; and, "DeBaun"; as, sperate "Alternate Names".
.
And, you can certainly INCLUDE the Father's Name; as, "Joseph Baun".
.
That way, the "Temple" Work, of "Sealing to Parents", can be, "Requested"; and, undertaken, in the Name of "Julia Bond".
.
Remember, that "Ordinance", of "Sealing to Parents", relates to the Child; and, NOT, the Parents.
.
There is another, somewhat, radical, approach; but, acceptable; as it works - I will message you, directly through this Forum.

The problem was with the parents record. Information on mother was not complete. It is OK now.
