I need an idea on where to find wills and probate records for Franklin, Nebraska.

 I found Nebraska, Wills and Probate Records, 1806-1989, on Ancestry, but the search results had no information. The family search wiki also referenced the card catalog for FamilySearch, but I was unable to find anything there. I am trying to find information for a George Kugler and Caroline Kugler that was in probate in 1917

Here is the Geneology website for Franklin County. There is a link at the bottom to contact them. Perhaps they can search this for you. Only Broken Bow, NE has probate records online on FamSearch as you have found. If this isn't helpful, you may need to try calling the county clerk for the proper person to locate old probate records. http://sites.rootsweb.com/~nefrankl/

Ancestry also has Franklin County Probate Records, if you have a subscription. There are others, all I did was a Google search: Franklin County Nebraska Probate Records
