help with translation, PLEASE

His parents are Antonio de Medeiros Sampaio (of Achada, Noreste) & Maria Julia. *Who are the wife's (Maria Jose de Sousa) parents? And where are they from? And are her mother's parents Francisco da Rosa and Anna Jacintha? And who are Antonio de Medeiros and Maria de Medeiros? (Listed after Francisco and Ann). So many questions because I don't know Portuguese... but am learning a few things ...slowly.
