%20 in Reason Statement for deleted persons

When I delete a person in my CET, the reason statement contains %20 in place of spaces. Example:

    There is a problem with fonts, symbols, diacritics, etc. It has been reported and is being worked on. I'm not sure of the extent or ETA but I'll let you know when I know something. Sam 😊
