Looking for information on Edward Giffel, Jr. Born July 22, 1916 in Missouri. According to the 1930 Census, he and his sister were adopted. I did find an adoption petition notice in an Illinois newspaper dated 1922 for the potential adoption of a boy named Phillip and a girl named Madeline. Thank you!
