Translation Request - from church baptism records

My grandfather was born in Byciai, Lithuania. I believe I have found his baptismal record. But I read his parents' names as Jan and Elzbieta possibly. Attaching a screen shot of his baptismal record. I thought I had his parent's marriage record but someone told me the names don't match. (also attached)
I'm also trying to identify his younger brother who returned to Lithuania to manage the family farm. But I have a number of Kregzde baptismal records and I am not sure if any of them are a brother vs a sister.
This is my first time posting in this forum so I'm not sure the appropriate procedures or what information I should include!
