Upload with different Browsers

I have tried Norton Antivirus Browser and Firefox Browser. Neither will let me click on the upload GEDCOM button. It's greyed out.

Uploading GEDCOM files is unconnected with Family Group trees.
GEDCOM files are uploaded from the screen https://www.familysearch.org/en/tree/import/files
You should see
If this is not working for you, try using a different browser.
Clear your FamilySearch cookies - go to https://www.familysearch.org/cookiesError.
Also check that your browser is up-to-date (e.g. forChrome, click on the three vertical dots on the far right, click help, clickAbout Google Chrome).

I see something similar. The difference is that the button which says "Upload Gedcom file" is white, not blue, and I try to click it and nothing happens.

@MrsLCJ Are you working in a Family Group Tree or in a CET?
Family Group Trees do not allow Gedcom uploads, but CETs do. If it is greyed out, how many groups total are you in? Currently you can only participate in 10 groups total. That means add up all of the ordinance-only groups, plus the family groups with trees, plus CET groups. If you are in 10 groups, you will have to leave one in order to upload a gedcom to build a new CET group/tree.
In the future, please post your issues with the CETs in the CET Feedback - Early Access group where issues about the CETs are monitored.

@MrsLCJ since you have previously posted in the CET early access group, I am wondering if you are trying to upload another GEDCOM to CET like @AnneLoForteWillson described above, or if you are trying to upload a GEDCOM to genealogies. Please confirm your goal n uploading a GEDCOM so we can guide you down the right path. Thank you.
