Contact within FS to arrange a joint records-preservation project with departmental archives
I have been in contact with the Department 76 archives (Seine-Maritime) about some records from the 1600s that were publicly available on their website several years ago, but which no longer appear in their catalog. Apparently they have been the target of numerous hacks which have resulted in the loss of some digital content. This seems like a great opportunity for FS to offer to re-capture the images, and then have the resulting images accessible from both the departmental archives and FS.
Does anyone have a contact in the acquisitions department with whom I could discuss this further?
