I am looking for help with a specific city, the name is Taino in the province of Como in Lombardy (currently Taino, Varese, Lombardy), I cannot find specific records from this place, I am looking for a birth record of a person who was born between 1865 and 1870 (most likely 1866-1867), Carlo Mira (GKVS-QCN), Son of Angelo Mira (G5MH-WYC) and Seraphine (or Serafina) Bellini (G5MH-6XR).

Does anyone know where I could find something?

Unfortunately, the only Taino records online at this time are at Ancestry in their Varese collection, and those begin in 1931. The state archive of Como should have the records you seek but they are not on Antenati yet. You could try to email them at as-co@cultura.gov.it
