How can a person access some of the locked Polish records

How can a person access locked Polish records if none of the family history centres are open? I have tried numerous times calling the phone numbers but never receive a response/call back. Is it possible to obtain an access password from a person's home for say 24 hours or something like that? I realized there are regulations in access these records but if there are able to be viewed in a history centre, then can I view them from another location? Short of travelling 8 hours to the nearest open FHC, I cannot access these documents. Thanks for any imput.

Hi Debbie…what do you mean by "locked Polish records"? Can you be more specific about what kinds of records you're looking for? Are you referring to records stored in Poland, or just here in the USA?

Thank you for answering. I am trying to access records for Chodecz in Poland such as the following screen shot.
Unfortunately the records as with most from Poland are locked and unable to be viewed. When you try to view them the following is what pops up on screen.
Our nearest family centre is 2 hours from where I live. If I am able to reach them by phone, they may have 1 day in the month where they would let you come for 2 hours. The other family cetre is 4 hours in my province and is does not respond to any phone calls or messages. Otherwise I would have to travel 8 hours for a certain day and only allowed 2 hours max.
My question is how could I access these specific records if no family centre is available? It does not work to ask someone to look at a specific record as I cannot state where or if my 4x's grandfather birth in 1802 0r 1804 would even be in the records. It would need to be searched by index if there was a written index or page by page looking for the last name of Kuhn.
I would really appreciate any guidance or help in this matter. Thank you.

Hi Debbi
It lookes like you should be able to look at least some of them up in a familysearch center.Have you also tried Geneteka/Its indexes only but might help
