I am looking births with the surname Tauber. Could you please tell me the name of this child and the parents?

How sad to see such a damaged record! Because of that, it's a little unclear what you meant by the third entry on the page. I am assuming you mean the second one up from the bottom. It is also problematic because you can't see the column headings. I would speculate that the columns are:

1. Birth date
2. Baptism date
3. The name of the priest officiating at the baptism
4. The name of the child
5. The parents
6. The godparents or witnesses
7. The religion
8. The town or village they lived in
9. The residence number in the town

It looks like the name of the child is Ernestina. Names are always hard to read in a single entry, but it looks like the father is Stanber Paulus Nr. 5 (his residence #), and the mother is Barbara. One of the godparents has the name Ernestina, so perhaps the child was named after this person. The parents are Catholic. (I didn't see the name Tauber in any of the entries on the page, but maybe what I thought might be "Stanber" could have been Tauber — but for the capital "S" in the name.)
