Also, groom Franz Pyka

does the notation of birthplace mean it was Neudorf from the record above it?

    Hello @RayLudenia1

the notation d. means dito = the same as above

So this is what I read:

    Entry Nr. 2

    date: January 31st 1836

    priest: Ludwig Pischgan

groom: Franz Pyka, bachelor from Neudorf farmhand by profession, 25 years old

bride: Marianna, legitimate daughter of landless farmer Szczepan Chrobok, 21 years old

witnesses: Johann Wieczorek, tailor [&] Johann Zymla, Ausz[ügler] (farmer who has handed over his estate to his heirs)
