Can you provide any context, e.g. names, places that are expected in this record? Otherwise it will be almost impossible to transcribe and translate. Also, it is always advisable to provide the full page of the record for comparison of writing style.

This is the best I could get. I saw Petras and was hoping this is Peter Hirsch that I have been working on. I was hoping it was a marriage to Dorothea. It would be about the right year. But not sure if it is a marriage record. The book is very confusing in its structure. The last one I sent ended up being a death record instead of a baptismal record. It might be a lost cause in finding Peter's and Dorothea's marriage record.

The groom's first name appears to be Petrus, and the last name begins with an "H", but it is not Hirsch. There is no lower loop at the end, as would be required for an "h", and there is no "s". I read it more like Hart or Hert. For the father's name In the second line it looks like Hartens, which would be the genitive form. I can't read the bride's name, but it doesn't seem to be Dorothea. So this is probably not the record you are looking for.
