    Translated from Russian:

    Birth Record No. 40, Knyszyn Parish, of Aleksandra Sawicka, born in Knyszyn on the 4th March 1851, christened on the 4th March 1851, daughter of Franciszek and Ludwika, born Olesiewicz, married couple Sawicki. Godparents: Antoni Niebrzidowski and Wilhelmina of Michal Ikentrantza (?).
