Unable to remove Year filter
I search for a term and filter by Year. Without deleting the filter, I change the search term and launch the search.
The search returns zero results because the filter is still applied. There is, however, no way to remove the filter without hitting the browser's back button to remove the filter on the previous search.
It would be better to display the filters in force on the "No Records Found" display and allow the user to clear the filters there. Arguably less desirable would be to clear the filters when a new search is launched.

A suggestion I made previously would help address this. I've felt that when displaying search results, they should be presented in its own 'sub-window' that you can scroll [highlighted area]. If there were no results or an error in the search construct, the notifications would be displayed within the 'sub-window'. The Filters and search side panel would always be 'pinned' in place even while scrolling the results or when receiving a notification
