Translation:

Monday, the 22nd of July [1689] were married at Vogelbach: Hanss Wagner, legitimate son of Hanss Wagner of Malsperg [Malsburg], and Magdalena, legitimate daughter of Hanss Oswald of Kaltbach [Kaltenbach].
