I submitted the report for October 2024 and received a notice that the report was completed and sent, but I did not receive a copy of the report. Where can Ifind a copy ?

Check your FamilySearch email for the center (@familyhistorymail.org)

After submitting your report, an email will be sent to your center email as mentioned above. If you don’t see it in the inbox, check the spam/junkmail.

The email does not show up in the center email, and does not show in spam/junkmail.
If anyone can see that October 2024 report for FSC 3339890, as a brother in Wisconnsin told me he could, please send a copy to my email at (email removed). Thanks.

I've been told that we no longer receive an email after we submit the monthly reports.

Is there someplace that we can go to see if our report was accepted ? The information that I see gives me the impression that the report message was not sent, even though another message says it was successful.

I've been told that the monthly report is no longer needed - the computers themselves send in reports as to how long they're used each day. We still keep a record of who comes in each day, but don't need to report it anymore. Is that correct?

FSC monthly reports are still required by all FSCs. The only centers not required to complete are the Regional Centers and there are only approx. 16 of those.

Back to the original question: where can I see the numbers online from the reports that I have submitted for the past few months ????

I need to correct my earlier post - I am receiving emails titled "FHC Monthly Report Received" that come to my FSC's official email address "[center name]@familyhistorymail.org". The email comes from "support@familysearch.org" and shows the data I submitted, and a history of all reports received. If you've submitted a lot of reports, you'll have to click on "View entire message" at the bottom to see the entire history.
One thing to note is that I am missing emails from 5 months in 2024 - they either didn't arrive or were deleted.
On a related topic, I don't see anything about submitting these monthly reports in the "FamilySearch Center (FSC) Operations Guide". Did I miss it, or is it not in there?

After several requests in this document and with help from the Account Management Team at the Global Service Department, I was finally able to access the email list for the Fort Worth Texas FSC. Copies of the emails that I had not received were included the list of documents that were produced over the years.
Thanks to all who tried to help me over these past few months. I hope that everyone will have a Great 2025 and many more !!!! Phil Besselievre
