photo inscription translation request

I have a photo of my great grandmother who lived in Minsk with an handwritten inscription that I need help with. I don't know her name. The photo is of a very old woman, so it's possible the photo dates from 1938. She was likely born around 1870.
Google Lens translates as, "year of fall 1886 aumerge 1938-15. this one wakes up. capanor M.K.I."

Hello,
it says
birth year 1886
died 15th of Ju(-ly or -ne) 1938
it will be this card (last word usually meant photocard back around the middle of 1900s)
