LDS.org parent password reset for child accounts is not working
LDS.org Parent password reset for child accounts in not working
I work in a family history center and there were two different mothers who successfully logged into their LDS.org accounts and the changed their child password and then immediately tried to get into their FS account and the password would not work.
I have had this problem with 2 different people and three different child accounts.

Sometimes password resets take a little while to come into operation. How often have they re-tried?
This situation is not ideal to be dealt with via Community. You would be better to ring or email FamilySearch Support in your area.

We would reset the password 4-5 times. I have called FS Support. Three different child accounts with two different mothers and it did not work.

They tried for at least 20 minutes

Have you had any success with your log-in problems. I apologize for not getting you an answer sooner. That sounds like a glitch in the program But I am not a techniction.
