On your webpage you state "He married Katharina Wild on 2 May 1730, in her hometown of Bäretswil, Zürich, Switzerland." There is no indication that the marriage took place in Bäretswil, rather than Wetzikon. Also, EDB does not contain a marriage in Bäretswil.

https://community.familysearch.org/en/profile/WSeelentag Agreed, I copied the opening paragraph from FamilySearch which was wrong and I forgot to fix the error. I found the marriage on the Wetzikon film. Thanks for the transcription/translation!!
