I am struggling to find the birth of my GG grandfather, as i don't have an exact date, just a year. I went through the full year and this is the closest name i could find. I was hoping someone could translate for me.

The year is correct, hope you can read French?..anyway, the date is in the format of the French calender,but if you feed the phrase into a converter , you can find the date correct.Famsearch has a tool for that, although i do not remember where it is , also , there are online tools for that.This should be him.
