I need help translating this record--especially the side notation dated 1930. There may be a reference to a son in the record, I am not sure. Also, I don't know if she is the last daughter of her parents or if it is telling me that the parents are deceased.

Thank you.

Putting the URL on a line by itself mangles the URL. The link to the page is: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33SQ-G58M-SCM1?i=119&cc=1916243

The marginal note isn't revealing. The part before her parents is referencing her as the deceased, not them. The declarant is her husband and there's no reference to a son. Was that all you needed translated?

So what I am getting out of the document is:

On April 11, 1917 In the City of La Piedad de Cabadas (which is located in Michoacan) Luis Reyes reported to the Justice that yesterday at 7am in the ranch of San Juan Del Fuerte (also in Michoacan) Eugenia Galvan who is 50 years old died and she was married to Luis. She appears originally from the ranch of La Torcaza (which is located in La Piedad) and it was indicated she was the daughter of the deceased Jose Cruz Galvan and Victoria Plasencia.

I cannot read the notation on the side.

I think she may have died of Typhus or Typhoid Fever. The notation looks like Tifo and in the record it is repeated again as "fallecio de Tifo". Typhiod Fever in spanish is Tifoidea. If you google Typhoid fever in Mexico 1917 it reports that there were in fact typhus outbreaks aka typhoid fever outbreaks in Mexico at that time.
