An additional year of historic Births, Marriages and Deaths (index entry and register image) are now available to view on the website www.irishgenealogy.ie. The records now available include: Birth register records - 1864 to 1922; Marriage register records - 1845 to 1947 and Death register records - 1871 to 1972

Unfortunately it would seem that the 1922 birth records for the six counties in the North have not been released.
Northern Ireland came into being as a separate country in May 1921. So its unfortunate, but not really surprising, that the birth records for the North for 1922 were not included.
I believe they are, or will be accessibly from the Belfast Administration for a fee.
