@Sharon Marie Lewis The short answer is "no", FamilySearch Support does not provide training for ward temple and family history leaders.
The ward temple and family history leader serves under the direction of the Elders Quorum President and would receive training from him. He might also receive training from a high council member who has responsibility for temple and family history in the stake. Here is a link to another great place to better understand the calling of ward temple and family history leader: https://www.familysearch.org/calling/?page=6 And, of course, he could always ask questions here in the FamilySearch Community to get help from more experienced consultants and leaders.

As our stake T&FH Consultants, my wife and I have been asked to provide training to newly called EQ and RS presidents, EQ and RS counselors called to oversee T&FH work, ward T&FH Leaders and consultants. It's a broad responsibility carried out under the guidance of the high councilor assigned over T&FH work.
In our situation, it works out great as it ensures that everyone is receiving the same messaging/training. We utilize all the resources found under the Temple and Family History Callings page on FamilySearch, Handbook 2: Administering the Church, and our locally developed stake T&FH Guide that dovetails into all of these areas. Each individual trained receives a "discovery experience" tailored to them and it seems to be working - over the last two years we've seen a 53% increase in members submitting temple ordinances on behalf of their ancestors!
