Please help with parish register. Who died when?
Trondenes, Troms, bygdebok has Peder Iversen Nordvig's wife as Elisabeth Pedersdatter, deceased about 1748. Two daughters Elisabeth 1745- and Lispeth or Elisabeth 1747-1747 or '48.
Christening for Lispeth 28 April 1747 has a note next to her name, "død." https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/9639/31
Then there is an entry for 6 August 1747, 10 Trinity, at https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/9639/32 Mother or daughter?
Finally on Advent 1747 https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/9639/32 is another. Datter Elisabeth? And a reference to the 10 Trinity date that I cannot read.
Thank you for any help sorting this.

1) The christening for Lispeth doesn't give a date of death or burial-only that she died.
2) The 10 past Trinity entry is for Peder Iversen's wife.
3) I am going to ask @Morris Geoffrey Fröberg to see if he can help with your final question. There are too many things about it that I am unsure of. Your link above is incorrect. The correct record is here: https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/9639/35.

Thank you! It is something solid on a wife - there were two, but never named, and one can't tell which children belong to each.

Hello @KathyLove3 ,
The third entry is on Dominica 1 Advent (3 December). The entry reads:
Giord (modern spelling jord) lig præd. øver.. which means the funeral sermon for Peder Iversen Nordvig's youngest daughter, namely Elisabet. The next word after her name looks like Nedsat (meaning placed down in the ground) on 10th week of Trinitatis. But the 10th week of Trinitatis 1747 was 6 August which doesn't make sense with the funeral sermon of 3 December. Then it continues, age 13 years 2 days.
Hope this helps,
Geoff

Hi @KathyLove3 ,
I read 10 Trinitatis as yngste not Hustru. The "g" was not written very well but the Y (with 2 dots over it) and the n_ste look good. As far as extra services, the only thing that I can come up with is the 3 p. Trinitatis is written as burial, Sunday services, the widow Marit Olsdotter... and the 5 p. Trinitatis is written burial (with the information about the 5 year old) on the first row and then underneath it says, same day was held the funeral sermon for the widow Marit Olsdotter Røchland. Maybe the burial took place on 3 p. Trinitatis but didn't have time, wasn't prepared for, or perhaps waited for others in the family to be present for the funeral sermon which was offered on 5 p. Trinitatis.
Hope this helps,
Geoff

Thank you sir. It makes no sense. Elizabet or Lisbeth, the youngest, would be around 6 months old.
Do you agree the burial on 10 Trinity is for Peder Iversen's qvinde, not yngste?
Stupid question from a
heathenun-churched user here: was there a Catholic-like practice of extra services like Masses for the dead? Peder's mother has two "burials" - entries at 3 Trinity and 5 Trinity. https://media.digitalarkivet.no/en/view/16618/5Thank you for your kind attention.
