Luigi Guidotti and Marie Torre
Hi
I am researching the italian side of my family and would like to find out more about Luigi (born 1857 in Minori) and Marie (born 1863 and born in Castellammare de Stabia).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Vital records for both your towns are online, so research will be quite easy to do. However, when researching in Italy, we absolutely cannot rely on indexed records (that is to say, typing a name in a search box and finding results). The only method is to manually browse the images of registers of births, marriages, and deaths to find what you are looking for. Luckily, at the end of each calendar year of records, there is normally an alphabetical index, which saves a ton of time!
Castellammare di Stabia vital records:

Minori vital records:

With only names and rough birthyears (and I say rough because in this era, ages on later records can be slightly inaccurate), it's impossible to search. The reason is that Italian naming patterns regularly result in multiple people in the same town having the exact same first and last names. You really need some kind of information to tie the people together, so that you can know you have the right individuals. The easiest and best way to do this is to find their marriage record! Do you know if your ancestors married in Italy? If yes, then there's a very good chance it'll be in the bride's hometown, Castellammare, sometime between say 1879-1890. That is definitely where I would start!

I found your ancestors on the public FamilySearch tree (https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/LR35-JXC) but the birth date of 10 Apr 1863 is definitely wrong, because browsing the images for births for April 1863, there was no such person born in Castellammmare di Stabia.
There was also no Luigi Guidotti born in Minori 1854-1859.

As I mentioned, for any research in Italy, you'll have to browse manually the images of the records themselves, including for the marriages!
I put links in my previous comment for vital records for both Castellammare di Stabia and Minori, assuming they married in one of those two places. Of course, if they married elsewhere or if they were actually from elsewhere, it could be quite hopeless, since although you can feasibly browse the records of 1-2 towns with a bit of patience, you can't search the entire country this way! Nonetheless, if you search say from 1875-1895 in both Castellammare and Minori, perhaps it could be found!
