I spent over an hour searching old maps and cannot find Thronque. It is listed as a birthplace for several individuals found in Family Search, so it existed at some time. I did find that it was located in what is now the department of Ise're in Dauphine. From 1660 to the present it is not listed as a town or city so it was perhaps a small village or farming community. The history of that region is one of chaos with Huguenots taking refuge there and troops being stationed in the area several times throughout its history. Several villages were actually starved out of existence by occupying soldiers. If you find the exact location of Thronque, I would really like to know.

I believe you are correct. Daniel Bonnett b. 1658 in the Dauphine married Catherine Christine Cousine.
It is said that they lived in Thronque around 1685-1687.
The present day location of Ise're which is part of the old provence of Dauphine appears to be a possible location for what was called Thronque.

Do you have any images of this source? Could it be a misreading what was being replicated?
