This isn't their marriage; it's the publication notice made before marriage. But strangely, I can't find the actual marriage record in 1910, so they may not have actually gone through with the ceremony.
Proposed Groom Francesco Volpe, 27, born and residing in Palazzo San Gervasio (Potenza), son of Giuseppe and of Filomena Lamanna(?)
Propsed Bride Angela Martellota, 23, born and residing in Alberobello, natural daughter of Addolorata Martellota, 57.
Here is Angela's birth record in 1886 (#302) that says she was born from her mother's relations with an unmarried man:

Hi Vinny,
Thank you for writing back so quickly, I was just in the middle of looking for a future date or perhaps a death date during that time. But no luck eighter way. They probably called it off or married someone else. Wish I could find out one way or the other. Does it give Angela's father's name? I didn't see it but maybe it's somewhere else. I didn't see it on her birth record.

Angela's father is not named. Unless he came forward to claim her as his daughter, he will not be named in any documents (Angela's surname would have been changed to that of her father if he had come forward).

It's a publication also and not a marriage. Because the proposed bride and groom were from different towns, the publications had to be made in each town. So it's the same information as on the publication made in Alberobello, in fact, the information from the Alberobello publication would have been sent to Palazzo San Gervasio and just copied onto a form there. It's from January 1910 also.
