I'm having trouble accessing vital records for Giovinazzo, Italy. They all seemed to be locked and
More specifically any death records from Giovinazzo, 1930-1936

Antenati has the Giovinazzo records from 1809-1900 in the State Archive of Bari collection (broken into three separate eras of recordkeeping):
http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/v/Archivio+di+Stato+di+Bari/
FamilySearch has the Giovinazzo records from 1901-1929 in the Bari Tribunale collection:

But records past 1929 for State Archives of Bari haven't been released on Antenati yet and are still restricted access in FamilySearch so until they are published on Antenati (which holds the ownership right to the records through the State Archives) your only choice for viewing them is going to a Family History Center or FamilySearch Affiliate Library.

Thank you for your response. My local Family History Center has been closed almost a year due to Covid. So I guess I have to wait.

Not necessarily. Many FHCs still have their WiFi operating and researchers are able to access it from outside the building. I've made several trips to the nearest FHC in the past year and accessed records from the parking lot or the street outside the building. The same network name and password are used by most FHCs and it is well publicized - a quick internet search should turn it up.

I’m lost. I don’t know what I am supposed to be searching for

So basically I would go and sit in my car outside my local family history center and log on to their wifi. Then I would use my log on to access my family search account. Otherwise, I would have to be a member of the LDS church to access from home.
Again, Thank you for your help.
