Hi Holly,
The only contact information we were able to find is the address:
1 Draugystes st
KAUNAS 51282
and phone number: +370 3776-2503
That might not be very useful to you as I'm assuming you are not a local, but here are a few places you might use to locate some onsite researchers:
Lithuanian Genealogy Facebook Group
Lithuanian Global Genealogy Society (and here is their facebook page)
And have you tried epaveldas? They have many digitized records online, especially Catholic records. The site can be tricky to use, so here's a guide on how to navigate it.
I am also tagging @VirginijaMann VirginijaMann in case she has any additional recommendations or comments for you.

You can start doing search from here. What kind of search are you going to do?

I have exhausted all reasearch here I can promise you. And if I had the money I would travel there myself to fulfill that research journey. I need a English speaking helper that is familiar with researching records that lives in Kaunas area. It is not easy to explain in this comment section. My goal is to find a Lithuania contact. Thanks for your help though.

I am from Kaunas living in Salt Lake City. Not much you can do in Kaunas. Most archives are in Vilnius.

I usually spend 3-4 months in Lithuania every year. I am Lithuanian. Tauragė is not an easy region to research. It is 139 km from Kaunas. Was your ancestor a Catholic, Lutheran or Jewish? I do not see any Catholic records from Taurage. Is it possible that he ar she was from surrounding areas?

I have seen the location Tilsit on some documents as well. Do you have an email? I would love your option in some other information.
