Born at 7:15am on 4 Dec 1886 at a house in Contrada Coreggia. Mother Addolorata Martellotti; father was an unnamed single man (the parents were not married).
The margin annotation says she married in Alberobello on 2 May 1903 to Scipione Cammisa (#19): https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G93N-G5L8?i=10&wc=MFHY-HZ9%3A1015643301%2C1017626901%2C1015665801&cc=2043445

Thank you for the information. Does either the death or marriage records of Carmela give an age to the mother Addolorata? My main goal is to find out more information about her, if she ever married, or any of names of men that maybe the father of past children, also the year she was she born. It's a long shot for me but I'm trying to find names of the unknown fathers, she had more than one child and possible different fathers.

Also I see a name Tauro Anna and another di_____? I can't make it out, could you tell me who they are?

Sorry I missed the mother Addolorata's age, I'm not used to seeing it because the mother rarely makes the birth declaration. She is 32 in 1886 (self-reported, not a verified age).
On the marriage record, Anna Tauro is the mother of the groom. I am guessing the other thing you see is the name for Carmela's father: di ignoto (of unknown father).

I found the marriage bann of Carmela and Cammisa Scipione 1903 Alberobello, Image 176-182, Carmela's birth record is on Image 179, Could you please translate as much as you can with this birth record, because it has the mother Addolorata that I need the most information of besides Carmela. If you could give me important facts throughout the bann it would be very helpful. I know it's a lot to ask.

If Addolorata is honest with her age then she would be born 1871, the Addolorata I need is born about 1853 father Antonio Vito, mother Angela Santa De Carlo. All the marriages, birth ect. always have just her name and the with unkown father or unknown name for father. She has her name exactly the way written on all documents that I know of. This is one of the reason I thought it's her and her daughter is Carmela which might be half sibling to my grandfather. So, this is why I'm researching out and need to know as much as I can to help solve some mysteries.

Sorry, wrong calculation on my part with the age of Addolorata, I took the age of 32 from marriage year 1903 instead of 1886. So this is the Addolorata that is my great grandmother it brings her birth about the 1853-1854.

Here is what may be a sibling (#147): Felice Luigi, born 25 Jun 1859. Antonio Vito claims to be 38 and Angela Santa Pecaro 37.

Another sibling (#16): Angela Maria, born 22 Jan 1856. Here the mother is spelled de Caro.

Here she is. Margarita Addolorata, born 17 Jun 1853.

great and swift research, So Carmela is either a sibling to my grandfather or half. His name is Filippo Martellotta born May 25 1889 Alberobello but given the surname of Negri. He married Rosa Contegiacomo Nov 4 1912 Alberobello his birth record is in the marriage bann. Im trying to find out if that is the real father or not. Mother is Addolorata Martellotta. His birth record says unknown father. I have got to find the father.

And here is the marriage of Antonio Vito and Angela Santa, 22 Aug 1846. He was age 26 (born 8 Mar 1820 in Polignano), son of Giovanni Antonio Martelloti and Anna Groia. She was age 24 (born 28 Mar 1823 in Alberobello), daughter of Felice de Caro and Margarita Fasano.

His 1889 birth record says he was abandoned at the town's foundling wheel and assigned his surname by the town official. But then it says he was given to Addolorata's sister Maria to nurse. There must have been a recognition filed by Addolorata between then and the time he married.

Any chance on finding the recognition? Maybe through the Town Hall. This is my only set back is to find who is the father of Filippo. Thank you for all the other finds, it's well appreciated.

The recognition would have been filed in the Part II of birth records in the year it was made. But since his father is not named on his marriage record, the recognition would only have been made by his mother. So you would have to use Y-DNA testing (assuming an uninterrupted male descent line) or a lot of DNA triangulation to find the father.

I found the part II and had it translated, it was made by his mother just before Filippo's marriage. I just had my oldest brother take a DNA test with My Heritage, I know it should have been tested with Y-DNA, I held off because it was too costly for me. So I settled on My Heritage for now. Waiting for the Y-DNA to go on sale.
But I do see different matches with my brother's DNA, names I have never seen before. So I will get into the DNA research mode and dig around...lol. Thanks a lot for your help you have given me more that I expected.
