è comparso Modestino Spagnolo di anni trenta, bracciante domiciliato in Menogliano, il quale mi ha dichiarato che alle ore antimeridiane quattro del dì 21 del corrente mese, nella casa posta in via torelli, al numero cinquantanove da Cecilia Ferraro, sua moglie, contadina seco lui convivente, È nato un bambino di sesso femminile che egli mi presenta e a cui dà il nome di Maria..

a quanto sopra e a questo atto sono stati presenti quali testimoni Pasquale dello Russo di anni 50 bracciante e Giuseppe della Pia di anni 66 bracciante entrambi residenti in questo comune.
