Hi Jaime,
I looked at your family and saw you have been building on the research for your family. The sources supporting Constance's birth are both census records that only give you an approximate birth year. Do you have other records that document the actual birth date & place you give in your question?
I've done some Lithuanian research, and it is challenging! Vital records in Lithuania are only church records. There were no government records of births, marriages, and deaths. If you know the parish where your mother was born, there is at least one website where you can find microfilmed church records. They are all in Polish or Russian, so you need someone to translate them for you.
I can't read Russian or Polish, but I can point you to some places that helped me with my research. Just let me know.

Hello! Thank you for your response. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I don't have other records that I have found yet on Constance's birth - probably because it was in Lithuania. I don't know what parish my Great Grandmother was born into. If you could point me to the website of microfilmed church records, I will look for someone to translate. I could use all the help out there since I still have nothing about Constance's parents.
Thank you!

Here is a great resource I found for finding church records in Lithuania. https://gen.wooyd.org/epaveldas/
I hope that helps you in your search. epaveldas.lt is the website with the digitized church records. The other resource is the best explanation I've found for using it.
