Could someone please translate this record for me? I know it has something to do with Matteo Brancati and Lucia Lauritano and their child Salvatore.

It's a civil death record so would not mention the church. There will be a separate death record with the parish he belonged to.

Thank you, and I did find the "Chiesa di Santa Maria la Manna Agerola" on Facebook. Looking through the posts, I discovered a Brancati that attends and lives in Agerola.
