Galeata records from 1801 are going to predate civil registration (which began in Firenze in 1808, before Galeata was a part of Forli province) so would only be found in the churches.
I see from the 1826 marriage index for Galeata (#3) he was from Santa Marina, which I am guessing is the Santa Marina in Particeto frazione of Predappio, just to the north of Galeata.
So I am guessing you will need to contact either the church of Santa Zenone in Galeata where they were married or the church of Santa Marina in Particeto in Predappio. You may want to start with the diocesan archive of Forli-Betinoro: http://www.diocesiforli.it/archivio+storico/-hcCartella/id/152/archivio-storico.html

I will not give up, and when our Calgary Temple will open again I will be there every day I have losts of them to have their ordonnances, I am French my husband Italian but He died 2 years ago in our temple, and my father was polish, Do you have an Idea how to go to Poland archives, I know the country had been divided many many times , Oh la la problema to find if they were under the Russian, Austria, Germania or what else ???
Sorry to make you read all these but I have Hope and Faith that I can find more of my ancestors before it is my turn to go to my Heavenly Father ,Merry christmas Have a Happy year 2021 and God bless you.
